The International Committee of Indigenous Peoples of Russia (ICIPR) is a non-governmental organization that advocates for the rights of indigenous peoples in the Russian Federation. 

For the years 2026 and 2027, the organization has two part-time positions to fill. 

  1. A project coordination

Tasks:

  • Organization and coordination of ICIPR projects
  • Organization of events
  • Organization of travel and accommodation for participants in meetings
  • Exchange with partner organisations
  • Close cooperation with the Board of ICIPR and other employees
  • Support in fundraising
  • Accounting support

Profile:

  • University education
  • Organizational talent
  • Communicative personality
  • Very good Russian language skills, good English language skills, German language skills an advantage
  • A campaign and expert body

Tasks:

  • Preparation of reports about the Indigenous Peoples in the Russian Federation
  • Coordination of high-profile campaigns
  • Support for the activities of the ICIPR
  • Exchange with partner organisations
  • Close cooperation with the Board of Management and other employees

Profile:

  • University education
  • Good knowledge of politics and society in Russia
  • Good knowledge of indigenous rights and the situation of indigenous communities in Russia
  • Communicative personality
  • Very good Russian language skills, good English language skills
